Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

As our products are food items, any product with a broken seal cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days
